"PAYA is a game inspired by Raquel Rodriguez, actress and founder of Narices Rojas in Ecuador, an organization that brought clown doctors to Latin America in 2006 and keeps growing to help patients through laughter therapy.

  In PAYA we play as a clown doctor that's helping her patient Amber, a trans girl who ended up at the hospital because of the stressful and harmful environment she has to live in. Will Paya be able to help Amber find the strenght to overcome her fears or will she lose her on the way out?"
